*1. Passport-sized photo
A two-inch recent bareheaded, white background identification photo.
*2. Photocopy of valid passport
The first page of the passport, the overseas applicant provides the blank page of the passport; the domestic applicant provides all the visa pages and the residence permit.
*3. Certificate/diploma of highest education
The original or notarized documents of the highest academic qualifications (graduates must provide the certificate of graduation reservation issued by their school) in Chinese and English respectively.
*4. Academic transcript of highest education
The graduate applicant will provide the original transcripts or notarized documents of all the courses at the undergraduate level in Chinese and English respectively.
5. Photocopy of awards certificate
all kinds of award-winning certificates, including sports, art and other aspects of the relevant certificates.
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
